4. Praram Radio Center 199 received a report from Bangkok firefighters and water rescue services about a Chinese tourist boat capsizing after colliding with a navy ferry at Tha Chang Pier, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok.

The collision had resulted in minor injuries to three Chinese tourists.
