Thailand celebrates Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s royal birthday on Monday, June 3rd.
Her Majesty was born on June 3rd, 1978, in the Hat Yai district in Songkhla, Southern Thailand. This year has marked her 46th birthday.
Her Majesty the Queen’s portraits have been placed in many public areas and homes across the country as well as the colors purple and white and Her Majesty’s symbolic flags.
The Bureau of the Royal Household invites the public to express their well-wishes to Her Majesty the Queen via an online book at www.royaloffice.th.
The TPN media team wishes Her Majesty a very happy, rewarding, and joyful day on this special occasion and to many, many more.
Today is a government holiday, with offices closed and many banks and private businesses as well. It is not, however, an alcohol sales ban day like religious holidays in Thailand.
