Deputy PM Anutin Undergoes Treatment for Irregular Heartbeat, Plans Lifestyle Changes

On May 27th, 2024, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, announced to the public that his demanding work schedule and lifestyle have adversely affected his health.

Anutin revealed that he has been diagnosed with arrhythmia, specifically Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT), which causes an irregular heartbeat. Physicians had to thoroughly examine him and perform electric cardioversion to restore a regular heart rhythm.

Anutin confirmed that his health condition is improving. However, he admitted that he lacks exercise and sufficient sleep due to excessive time spent on his phone. He remarked that he would prioritize sleep and better manage his life and work schedule.

Initially, Anutin suspected a more severe heart condition, but physicians ultimately diagnosed him with arrhythmia. He was advised to get plenty of rest and avoid excessive stress.
