Vibrant Three-Province EEC Festival Coming to Pattaya This Month

Pattaya —

A playful EEC Colorful festival is coming up in Pattaya from March 30th to April 2nd in a bid to spur up tourism in the three brother provinces of Rayong, Chonburi, and Chachoengsao.

Taking place on Pattaya Beach, the EEC Colorful is a festival of diverse activities, such as souvenir shopping, plays, and live musical performances. The event is divided into three zones, including the Sunset Market, the Cheerful Zone, and the Colorful Stage on The Beach, stretching out almost the entirety of Pattaya Beach.

The festival spans for a total of four days from March 30th to April 2nd. Pattaya City officials already met yesterday, March 15th, to discuss safety measures and ways to minimize impact on traffic.

Decorations used in the event will showcase the local identities of Rayong, Chonburi, and Chachoengsao in a “Tropical Pop Art” style, with bright and cheerful colors. It is like traveling to each province and experiencing every flavor and emotion, the officials stated. For Chonburi, the home of Pattaya, the decorations will be under the concept of the beautiful seaside resort city that will surely mesmerize every attendee.

EEC stands for Eastern Economic Corridor a major project for the eastern provinces to drive tourism and commerce.
