Pattaya Motorcyclist Seriously Injured Following Collision With Pickup

Pattaya —

An allegedly speeding motorcyclist rear-ended a pickup at 2 AM yesterday morning. The man suffered serious head injuries.

CCTV footage captured the victim, 29-year-old Mr. Phairot Pattheeta, ramming into the back of a parked pickup truck on Pattaya’s Sukhumvit Road inbound to the Sattahip district on Thursday, March 2nd. The victim appeared to be driving at high speed, so he could not make an emergency stop, according to the recording.

The man was rushed to Bangkok Pattaya Hospital by Sawang Boriboon rescue workers. He suffered large head wounds and was receiving close medical attention. There was no report about the driver of a parked pickup that the victim crashed into.
