Foreign Couple Caught on Viral Video Allegedly Performing Obscene Acts in Public Near Pattaya Music Festival Stage

Pattaya –

A foreign couple were caught on camera appearing to be performing obscene sexual acts in public next to the under construction Pattaya Music Festival stage on Pattaya Beach.

A two minute video clip of a foreign couple performing obscene acts went viral in Pattaya social media this week after a concerned citizen filmed the footage and released it online.

There were many people nearby on the beach at the time of the incident, including families according to the anonymous concerned citizen who filmed the video. Workers were also installing the Pattaya Music Festival stage. The foreign couple did not seem to care that anyone was watching them.

The Pattaya City Police told the Pattaya News today (March 3rd) that they are checking CCTV footage to find the foreign couple for further legal actions.

Police have also previously reminded the public not to release video footage like this online but to immediately contact them and bring evidence to them for review and legal action.

Pattaya police also stated the act hurts the outstanding world class family friendly image of Pattaya and damages tourism so finding the offenders was a top priority.
