Pattaya Baht Bus Driver Returns Bag with 4,000 Euros to Finnish Tourist

An honest baht bus driver returned a bag with 4,000 euros that he spotted in the back of his car to a Finnish woman.

The bag also contained the woman’s smart phone and other valuables, according to Rao Rak Pattaya (We Love Pattaya) Facebook.

The baht bus driver was only identified by his nickname as “Lek.” He tried to contact the woman, who wasn’t identified, via her hotel he had picked her up at and was finally able to find her and return the bag.

Lek was praised by numerous netizens for his honesty on Facebook. Some said the authorities should put a good person sticker on his car. The Finnish tourist also thanked Lek and took a picture with him.
