What is your most POSITIVE experience with Thailand or a Thai person?

Some context around this question: We often hear about negative stories or experiences as, in general, people tend to talk more about negative experiences versus positive ones. That being said, there are plenty of good experiences that many have had with Thailand and Thai people and we want to hear about them.
