The Pattaya authorities closed the incident scene as well as its surrounding areas to examine all lighting poles for possible power leakage. The victim’s funeral is scheduled for today, December 19th, from 19:30-20:30 hrs.
This move is another attempt at detering an ongoing rash of petty crimes against tourists.
