Fire guts house in Chonburi, nobody hurt

Sattahip, Chonburi —

A fire destroyed a room in a two-storey house in Sattahip district on Monday, November 28th. Nobody was hurt, according to firefighters.

Sattahip firefighters arrived at the house in the Udomsak subdistrict at 2.30 PM after being notified of a fire. Residents and foreigners were trying to snuff out the blaze by themselves before the fire department arrived.

It took about 20 minutes to control the fire. Everyone at the scene was uninjured, but the room and furniture were totally ruined. The firefighters said they could not determine what caused the fire but would inquire the house’s owner for more information later.
