BANGKOK, 10 November 2022 – Mr. Somsak Suwansujarit, Chief Ombudsman of Thailand, and Ms. Kyungsun Kim, UNICEF Representative for Thailand sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) today to strengthen collaboration in promoting and protecting the rights of children in Thailand particularly the most vulnerable. The partnership between the Office of Ombudsman and UNICEF Thailand will focus on enhancing youth vocational skills and employability, especially among those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), to ensure that all young people are equipped with necessary skills to live healthily and productively in the rapid-changing environment of the 21st century.
