Driver injured after two large trailer trucks collide in Sri Racha – VIDEO

A driver has sustained injuries after two large trailer trucks collided in Sri Racha.

The Sri Racha Police were notified of the accident on Friday (November 4th) on the Bypass Road 7 Section 2 in front of a mall in Sri Racha.

Emergency responders and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the damaged trailer trucks on the side of the road. Some gas was found leaking out from one of the trucks.

One of the trailer truck drivers had sustained significant but non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital.

A witness, Mr. Yotin Chindee, 31, told the Pattaya News that he parked his Volvo sedan on the side of the road while he was eating at a nearby restaurant. He heard a loud crashing noise before finding out that his sedan was hit too.

The other trailer truck driver who was not injured said he was taking a break before the accident. Police said the responsible trailer truck driver was facing charges of reckless driving causing injuries and damages.
