61-year-old man found dead at a local market in Sattahip

A 61-year-old Thai man found deceased at a local market in Sattahip today, October 19th, was believed to have tripped over and hit his head.

The body was identified as Mr. Wichai Limptermsub. He was found lying face-up with a facial mask, a grey T-shirt, and black pants by local shoppers at a Sattahip market in the Sattahip district of Chonburi.

No wounds other than the one on the back of the man’s head were reported, according to rescue workers. Sattahip police said the man may have slipped and banged his head on the ground.

The man’s 3,540 baht in cash remained in his pocket. His body was then transported to Sattahip Hospital to await his family and relatives.
