A Thai father accidentally ran a tractor over his 2-year-old daughter and crushed her to death in Chonburi.
Bowin police and rescue services rushed to an incident scene in the That Thong subdistrict of Bowin district in Chonburi after receiving a report about a 2-year-old girl who got crushed to death by a tractor yesterday, October 6th.
The girl suffered severe head injuries and lost her life on the spot. Her father, Mr. Sai Mon, 27, was found at the scene, mourning the loss of his young daughter. He reportedly conceded to running over his daughter and crushing her to death with a tractor by accident.
The father told Bowin police that he was moving piles of dirt with a tractor while his daughter was playing around the scene. He said he had already warned his daughter to stay away from the tractor before the tragedy happened.
Bowin police took the father to the Bowin police station for questioning. The girl’s body was taken to a hospital for an autopsy.
