Nongnooch Garden Pattaya welcomes third new elephant calf this year

Nong Nooch Gardens Pattaya extended a buy one, get one free ticket campaign to celebrate the third new baby elephant calf of the year.

A religious ceremony to celebrate the birth of “Ply Poa Jai,” the third newborn elephant of 2022 at Nong Nooch Pattaya Gardens, took place yesterday, September 28th, in front of an elephant statue in the garden.

Ply Poa Jai was a male elephant born to the 14-year-old father, “Phang Fonthip,” and the 15-year-old mother, “Ply Porn Chai.” Ply Poa Jai was the third elephant born in 2022 at Nong Nooch Gardens Pattaya and was in good health, according to the veterinarians.

To celebrate its birth, Nong Nooch Gardens has extended a buy one, get one free ticket campaign for those who wanted to see the elephant up close. There is also an elephant show that the audience can watch for only 100 baht until the end of October.

Nongnooch Garden Pattaya just celebrated the births of two claves, “Phang Wara Pim” and “Phang Manoch,” at the start of this month too.
