Man steals phone beside snoozing brother of victim in Chonburi

Banglamung, Chonburi —

A man sneaked into a house and stole a phone placed beside a snoozing brother of the owner in Chonburi yesterday, September 19th.

The 30-year-old victim Ms. Darawan Promma filed a police report at the Banglamung police station yesterday evening, asking the police to catch the suspect who had crept into her house while her brother was sleeping and stolen her phone that she placed beside her brother’s bed.

Darawan told The Pattaya News that her house was located in Soi Nong Yai 6/1 in the Na Kluea subdistrict of Banglamung, Chonburi. She brought CCTV footage with her, which showed a man walking into her house and taking her phone away while her brother was sleeping. The stolen phone was a gold Oppo A7 worth about 5,000 baht, according to Darawan.

The suspect stood about 170 cm tall and wore a long-sleeved black shirt and shorts, CCTV footage showed. Banglamung police would provide any leads as soon as they became available.
