Pattaya Festival begins, temporary closures of parts of Beach Road for next two days

Beach Road is going to be temporarily closed from 6.30 P.M. to 8.30 P.M. from today to Saturday, September 17th, to facilitate the coming Pattaya Festival.

For the safety of those who will be joining the Pattaya Festival this evening, the traffic from the curve near Dusit Thani Hotel down Beach Road to the Central Pattaya Beach intersection will be shortly closed from 6.30 P.M. to 8.30 P.M both days.

If you are planning to join, you can park your vehicle at the following spots:

  • Muang Pattaya 8 School
  • Central Marina
  • Mike Shopping Mall
  • Big C in South Pattaya
  • Big C Extra
  • Terminal 21
  • Royal Garden Plaza
  • Central Festival
  • Bali Hai Pier Parking Building
  • Lotus in North Pattaya
  • Lotus in South Pattaya
  • The Leela Resort & Spa Pattaya
  • Sawang Boriboon Foundation

Pattaya authorities apologize for the inconvenience.

The festival features a fantasy parade, concerts, cultural events, food, fun, and more. Admission is free. Leading Thai artists Big Ass headlines the concerts tonight around 10 PM.

The parades will be at 7PM on Beach Road both days of the festival.
