The rescue team arrived at the scene around 3.45 A.M. to find two Thai victims and an overturned black Toyota Hilux Revo pickup truck in the middle of the road. Meanwhile, the second victim, Ms. Ratchachaporn Satchapong (31), was found unconscious inside the crumpled truck. They both suffered serious injuries and were hurried to a hospital.

Pol. Lt. Col. Phu Decha from the Khao Kheow highway police station responding to the accident said that the driver may have driven at high speed before skidding and crashing into a street railing. Sri Racha was also pounded by heavy rainfall early this morning, so this might attribute to the crash, the police stated.
