Update: Mom brings main suspect who allegedly beat 14-year-old student to surrender in Sri Racha

Bowin subdistrict, Sri Racha —

A prime suspect accompanied by his mom and older sister surrendered himself to Bowin police after allegedly beating a 14-year-old student.

First, in our previous story,

A 14-year-old student was reportedly threatened with a knife to the throat while getting stomped by 20 rivals whom the victim claimed got furious after he stared at their faces.

Now, for our updated story,

Mrs. Moree and Ms. Mintra accompanied “Jai,” a 14-year-old suspect who allegedly stomped a young student last Friday, September 2nd, to surrender himself at the Bowin police station.

Ms. Mintra who was the suspect’s older sister said that she saw the news on social media and decided to bring her brother to the police station immediately. According to her, Jai conceded to his actions saying he was angry with the victim’s demeanor, yet he did not admit to pointing a knife at the victim’s throat.

Mrs. Saranporn Banluesrisakul, the victim’s mother, said she was glad that the suspect was now under police surveillance and could not endanger her son. However, she still wanted the other 20 people who allegedly stomped her son to turn themselves in.

As of press time, Bowin police had ordered the suspect to list the names of everyone involved and would summon them for questioning later.
