Pattaya Dolphins United set to get back on field soon

Pattaya mayor Poramase Ngampiches presided over a rally to announce the start of the Pattaya Dolphins United football club season.

The rally took place at the Central Pattaya shopping mall on August 25th with the mayor and footballers from the Pattaya Dolphins United attending.

The Dolphins represents a professional football club of Chonburi, and they will be competing in the Eastern Thai League 3. The Dolphins defiantly proclaimed that they would seize the Eastern trophy as a gift for Chonburi people so that they would be able to compete in the Thai League 2 in the next season.

Meanwhile, the ‘Pattaya Dangerous Family, which is the main supporter of the Dolphins, also attended the rally and chanted the club’s song fanatically at the Central Pattaya shopping mall. Arnon who was one of the Dolphins’ supporters revealed that he felt overwhelmed to see his beloved club back on the field again.

“The Dolphins United is getting better, and I have very high hopes this season. However, I want the authorities to show more attempts to support them as they have done a lot for the city,” Arnon stated.

Poramase Ngampiches who chaired the rally said that he was glad to see the Dolphins’s spirit and enthusiasm. The mayor hoped that the team would bring fame to Pattaya and wished the team a flourishing future.
