Pattaya —

A Pattaya barber had her iPhone 6 stolen from her shop and pled with her boss who was a former deputy mayor of Pattaya to help.

Pattana Boonsawad, a former deputy mayor of Pattaya, on Wednesday, August 24th, accompanied his employee Ms. Sunisa Lawang, 31, who worked at a salon on Soi Jomtien 6 to report to Pattaya police about his employee’s stolen iPhone 6.

Sunisa told Pattaya police that she left her phone on the table in her barbershop and went outside around 7.30 a.m. on August 17th, and when she returned, her iPhone was gone. Sunisa then reviewed the security camera and saw a man dressed in a white shirt, a black jacket, a white hat, and black trousers sneaking into her shop and taking her phone away.

Former deputy mayor Pattana said Sunisa worked for him and was a good employee, so he felt pity and wanted to help her. Initially, the Pattaya police accepted the case and went to investigate the barbershop, promising that they would catch the culprit as soon as possible.
