The victim, according to reports, was a Thai man between the age of 25 to 30 years old. He wore a black shirt and black shorts with 400 baht in the pocket and did not carry an ID, so the rescue services could not identify his real name.

Despite being given CPR, the victim eventually passed away from his severe skull fracture and heavy blood loss. Sri Racha police who responded to the accident later took pictures of the victim’s bike and a concrete barrier as evidence.

A witness who requested to the press not to reveal his name said he just exited a gas station nearby and saw the victim speeding up to try to overtake a car on the left before he lost control and fatally crashed into the barrier.

His body remains at Laem Chabang Hospital as of press time to await his relatives, meanwhile, Sri Racha police said they would review CCTV footage to find the cause.
