The incident that totally caught a clerk at a condominium in Pattaya off his guard happened just this morning, August 8th, when an Australian man who reportedly came to look at a condo to rent suddenly climbed over the railing and dived to his death from the 17th floor.
The condominium was located on Pattaya Second Road in the Nongprue subdistrict, however the name was withheld due to a pending investigation. He wore a grey shirt and blue shorts, carrying only 10 baht, while his luggage and passport were discovered in the room on the 17th floor.
