Pattaya officials and Jomtien business operators joined in cleaning Jomtien Beach to celebrate His Royal Majesty The King’s 70th birthday, which is coming on Thursday, July 28th.

The operation was led by Krishna Boonsawas, Pattaya deputy mayor, on Jomtien Beach this morning with many participants from the business sector, including Jomtien beach umbrella operators, speedboat operators, and Thai massage therapists.

The goal of this community service was to celebrate His Majesty The King’s 70th birthday, which is happening tomorrow, and demonstrate their invariable loyalty.

The group helped clean Jomtien Beach and picked up trash amid the supportive spectators. According to the deputy mayor, the cleaning was also to prepare the beach for the expected incoming influx of visitors during the long weekend from July 28th to July 31st.
