Female motorcyclist reportedly riding without using headlights or a helmet suffers serious injuries after collision in Sri Racha

A female motorcyclist aged 35-years-old suffered serious injuries after colliding with another motorcyclist in Sri Racha.

Meanwhile, another motorcyclist claimed the victim was driving without using headlights.

Peaw Yeang Tai Rescue Center rushed to an accident scene on Na Phrao – Suan Suea Rd at 7:45 PM on June 3rd in response to a report that a female motorcyclist crashed into another motorcyclist and lost consciousness.

The victim, Supranee Tara, 35, was found without consciousness due to a severe head concussion. Peaw Yeang Tai rescuers then rushed her to Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital in Sri Racha for emergency care.

Another party involved in the accident, Watchara (last name withheld), told the police that the victim suddenly crashed into him while he was waiting to make a u-turn. The woman fell to the ground and hit her head, but he did not suffer any injury. Watchara also claimed the victim did not use headlights or wear a helmet.

Sri Racha police said they would review CCTV footage and interrogate the victim once she recovered to get her side of the story.
