200 cactuses reportedly worth 80,000 baht were stolen by two thieves in Sri Racha.

Pattaya News reporters interviewed the owner of a cactus farm “Roj cactus”, Saroj Oransitthiphon, 37, who complained that 200 of his variegated cactuses worth over 80,000 baht were stolen.

According to CCTV footage, two men in masks cut through the greenhouse where the victim kept his cactuses and grabbed 200 cactuses before fleeing on a pickup truck.

The victim told The Pattaya News reporter that he felt depressed because he had spent a lot of time nurturing the cactuses in the hope of being able to support his family during this economic downturn. As of now, the victim would report the incident to the Sri Racha Police Station.
