Rotary Club of Pattaya holds regular meeting with guest speaker Ron Cartey

Pattaya, Thailand-

  The Rotary Club of Pattaya, Pattaya’s oldest club founded in 1972, held its regular bi-weekly meeting Monday, May 2nd, 2022, at the five-star Royal Cliff Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand.

  The meeting was highlighted by incoming Vice-President and Secretary Rotarian Ron Cartey delivering a wonderful speech about his life and matters in his job as a motivational speech/coach that really mattered to him.

Highlights of the past meeting:

 Immediate Past President Boonseub Ekacara informed us about the upcoming District 3340 Assembly in Chantaburi later this month. Rotarian Margaret spoke about her visits to Rotary clubs in USA and Australia and presented Rotary club banners to President Niels Colov.
  Information about the upcoming Installation Party, on Monday 20. June 2022, 18.30 PM at First Pacific Hotel, was given by the club president, who asked ALL members to attend and pre-buy tickets (from Club Administration Director Ron Cartey) at 500 baht per person. The admission fee included a buffet dinner and soft drinks. Wine would be provided at reasonable prices.
  The next meeting will be on Monday 16. May 2022, 18.30 PM at Royal Cliff Beach Hotel. Guests are welcome. The Rotary Club of Pattaya, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, will have top-quality guest speakers every month in the new year, and members will be able to invite friends to join these special meetings at the gorgeous five-star hotel.

The club has its regular meetings on Mondays twice a month at the 5-star Royal Cliff Beach Resort in Pattaya at 19.00 pm. (Fellowship starts at 18.30 pm). Guests are welcome if you wish to hear how you can help out in the local community or inquire about joining the Rotary Club of Pattaya.

The upcoming meetings are: The regular meetings according to the By-Laws of the club for the ‘Rotary Club of Pattaya’, for the second half of the Rotary year (from 1. January to 30. June 2022) will be the following Mondays: 16/5, 6/6 and 20/6.
