Thanathorn and his Pattaya mayoral candidate Bob from the Progressive Movement march for “Pride Pattaya”, equality, and LGBTQ rights

Pattaya —

Mr. Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, the president of the Progressive Movement Association, and his Pattaya mayoral candidate Mr. Kittisak “Bob” Ninwattanatochai introduced their campaign “Pride Pattaya”, focusing on LGTBQ rights, while marching alongside Pattaya beach.

Yesterday, April 29th, at around 4:30 P.M. TPN reporters attended a campaign march alongside Pattaya Beach led by Mr. Thanathorn from the Progressive Movement Association and his Pattaya mayoral candidate Bob. The marching’s objective, according to Mr. Thanathorn, was to celebrate the diversity of all Pattaya residents under the concept “Pride Pattaya” — a part of the Progressive Movement Association’s main campaign of “Equality for All Pattaya.

TPN reporters reported that many people including LGBTQ people, some who were said to be sex workers, bench vendors, and bar workers were interested in joining the march and welcomed the candidate. The march ended at Walking Street’s entry, a total distance of 2.7 kilometers.
