Five-year-old girl in critical condition after being rescued from drowning at Pattaya Beach

Pattaya –

A five-year-old girl was in critical condition after she was rescued from drowning on Pattaya Beach.

Emergency responders were notified of the incident at 6:30 P.M. on Saturday (April 16th) at Pattaya beach opposite Soi Pattaya 13/4.

They and The Pattaya News arrived at the beach to find the five-year-old girl who was already pulled up from the water by her mother. The girl was unconscious and she was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Her mother told the Pattaya News the girl went to play by the water alone and that the mother lost sight of her. After that, the mother found the girl face down in the sea before pulling her up and calling for help.

As of press time, the girl was reportedly in a coma and in critical condition. The name of the mother and girl were withheld.
