Sri Racha –

A small crocodile was caught at a house in the Sri Racha district earlier this week!

Rescue workers were notified of the young crocodile at a residential house in the Nong Kham sub-district. They arrived at the house to find the crocodile an uninvited guest inside the building, scaring the owners who asked not to be named to the press.

It took about ten minutes for rescue workers to easily catch the crocodile with their bare hands. The crocodile is 10 centimeters wide and 98 centimeters long.

The house owner had no idea where the crocodile came from and said they had never heard of the reptiles being in the local area. The crocodile gave them an unwelcome shock when they found the animal wandering around their kitchen and immediately called authorities for assistance.

The crocodile is currently being kept at the Pure Yiang Tai Rescue Foundation before being given to the Sri Racha Fisheries Office.
