Pattaya police to close two U-turns and stop active road construction during Songkran to help prevent accidents

Pattaya police will close two U-turns and stop work on unfinished construction sites around the city from the 11th – 17th of April to help prevent road accidents.

The Pattaya police team led by Lt. Col. Orut Saphanon determined risky spots on main Pattaya roads and declared preventive road accident measures today, April 7th. According to the officer, two U-turns will be temporarily closed during the Songkran/Water festival (11th – 17th) which includes one at Rungfa condominium and the other at the front of the Chai Rattanakarn Yang tire shop. Moreover, all of the ongoing construction sites across Pattaya are required to stop operation during these dates.
