A team from the Saensuk Police finally identified the suspect after a series of underwear-related crimes in Chonburi. They have arrested Mr. Lin Huagua, 50, a Chinese national who works at a mechanical parts manufacturer, a Chinese-owned company, on Sukhumvit Road in the Mueang sub-district, Mueang Chonburi district. Lin lived on the property along with many other foreign workers.
