Official search continues for missing Thai actress “Dtangmo” who fell into the Chao Phraya River on Thursday night

Bangkok –

Official rescuers and divers restlessly continued searching for Thai actress, Nida “DTangmo” Patcharaveerapong, after she reportedly fell from a speedboat into the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok late last night, February 24th.

DTangmo, which means watermelon in English, reportedly joined the speedboat trip with a group of friends, on board at Thon Buri Bridge at about 9:30 PM. She reportedly fell off from the boat near Rama VII Bridge in Nonthaburi area about 10:40 PM. How the incident had happened remain unclear as her friends reportedly refused to give more details.

The police and rescuers, including divers from the Ruamkatanyu Foundation, arrived at the scene and began searching for the missing actress around 11:00 PM. Officials from the Marine Department with speedboats and jet-skis and several actors who were licensed for driving jet-skis also joined the search shortly afterwards.

The actress remains missing as of press time. The search continued after twelve hours of the report.
