Unidentified male body found floating in Pattaya sea

Pattaya-

An unidentified male body was discovered floating in the Pattaya sea yesterday (January 28th).

The Pattaya City Police were notified of a body in the sea between Koh Sark and Koh Larn by a local fisherman yesterday afternoon, January 28th. Police and rescue divers arrived to find the body of an unidentified man floating face down in the water off of Jomtien Beach.

The man was wearing a black T-shirt and black pants. No identification documents were found with the body. A Buddhist amulet was found around his neck.

Police and forensic investigators believed that the man died at least two weeks before his body was recovered. Police are working on identifying the body and the cause of death and reviewing missing person’s reports. The man’s nationality and age were also not yet officially released or identified.
