TrustGolf Tour to Introduce Asian Mixed in February 2022

Thailand TrustGolf Tour underlines its supremacy as one of the leading tours in the kingdom as it will organize the inaugural TrustGolf Asian Mixed in February 2022.

The inaugural TrustGolf Asian Mixed is a tri-sanctioned event by TrustGolf Tour, Asian Tour, and Ladies European Tour. For the first time, Thailand will host the only international golf tournament that pits the men versus the women.

The TrustGolf Asian Mixed which offers ranking points for players on the Asian Tour for the men and LET for the women will serve up as the new phenomenon presented by TrustGolf Tour after the success of the Thailand Mixed series this season.

Thus far, four Thailand Mixed presented by TrustGolf episodes have been staged in 2021. The TrustGolf Tour will wrap up the year with “The Last Chapter 2021” at the Aquella Golf and Country Club in Phang Nga between December 28-31. Results from The Last Chapter and the opening Thailand Mixed event in January 2022 will be used to select players for the Asian Mixed.

The highest total prize money of Bt5 million will be up for grab in the fifth and final circuit of Thailand Mixed at the picturesque Aquella. Top 80 players from the TrustGolf Tour Order of Merits plus 40 more sponsor invites will be in action in the yearend Final Chapter.

A stellar field of entrants including Thai No 1 Jazz Janewattananond, two-time champion Prom Meesawat, 2021 All Thailand Golf Tour Order of Merit winner Sadom Kaewkanjana,  2021 ATGT Rookie of the Year winner Denwit David Boriboonsub, Wizkid Ratchanon Chantananuwat, and local leading female golfers including Arpichaya Yubol, the only female Thailand Mixed winner, LPGA veteran Pornanong Phatlum and the up-and-coming Channettee Wannasaen have signed up for the tournament.

To celebrate the last stop of the 2021 Thailand Mixed, a unique l photocall activity and a special Pro Am under the Christ Mas theme will be showcased in The Last Chapter.

The Thailand Mixed is organized by TrustGolf, an indoor training center with advanced technology, It is supported by the Sports Authority of Thailand, the National Sports Development Fund, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Bangkok Bank, B.Grimm Company, Bond Holdings, AISPLAY, Bridgestone, Trust Pharmacy, Trust Live Streaming,  the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration, Aquella Golf and Country Club and S.Khonkaen.

The company also creates Trust Golf Scholarship to support young players and provide the opportunity to compete in the Thailand Mixed hosted by TrustGolf events in 2021. It also organized projects and tournaments for young golfers such as the TrustGolf Scholarship, Golf to School, and the TrustGolf Amateur Qualifier 2021 which selected players to compete in the Women Amateur Asia Pacific-WAAP), IMG Academy Juniors World Florida Challenge.
