Two people injured after a pickup truck collides with a motorbike on dark road in Banglamung

Banglamung –

Two people have sustained multiple injuries after a motorbike driver collided with a pickup truck on a dark road in Banglamung this past weekend.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident at 10:00 P.M. on Saturday (November 13th) on Number 331 Road in the Takean Tia sub-district.

The first responders arrived at the scene to find a damaged pickup truck and the motorbike on the road.

Two people had sustained injuries who were named to the press as Mr. Narin Saenarin, 30, and Ms. Sajjaphon Laokanae, 26, who suffered a broken leg. They were both taken to a local hospital for medical assistance.

Witnesses to the incident claimed this particular area was too dark as there are not enough lights and that this was not the first accident in the vicinity. The pickup truck driver was allegedly driving at high speed, according to the witnesses, when he crashed into the motorbike driver.

Banglamung Police did not release an immediate statement on this particular accident.
