29-year-old motorbike driver dies after crashing into truck in Si Racha

Si Racha –

A young motorbike driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after he crashed his motorbike into a truck in Si Racha.

The Borwin Police were notified of the accident around 9:00 A.M. on Friday, September 24th, in front of the Borwin Community Heath Office.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find the body of the motorbike driver, Mr. Kachane Jantarueng, 29, a staffer of a car tire company, lying on the road. Kachane was still wearing a protective motorbike helmet, yet unfortunately, had still succumbed to his injuries and was believed to have been killed instantly.

The truck driver, Mr. Wattana Chayapasakun, age not given, told local reporters, “I was driving normally. I don’t know where Mr. Kachane came from before the collision, however, it wasn’t my fault.”

Borwin Police will be reviewing CCTV located at the health office to attempt to determine the exact sequence of events that led to the accident and potential liability.
