Si Racha-

An unidentified driver was knocked unconscious after he crashed his motorbike into a pickup truck in Si Racha.

The Borwin Police was notified of the accident earlier this week in Soi Kanam 7 in Borwin.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find the unidentified driver who was unconscious. No identification card was found with him. He was rushed to a local hospital for medical assistance, with concern that he could have internal bleeding.

He had sustained severe head injuries and was bleeding heavily on the roadway. He was not wearing a protective motorbike helmet.

The pickup truck driver, Mr. Surachai Palapong, 20 told The Pattaya News, “I was driving on the road behind the injured party when he seemed to have control before crashing directly into the wheel of a pickup truck.

Police noted that this particular area does not have extensive CCTV coverage and plan to interview the driver once he recovers from his injuries. He remains at a local hospital as of press time and has still not been identified, according to law enforcement officers.
