Chonburi Governor orders Covid-19 related temporary targeted closures: companies and dormitories

The Chonburi Governor, Phakkhrathon Thianchai, has announced the temporary closure of companies and dormitories in Si Racha.

The order was posted by the Chonburi Public Relations office this morning (September 8th). The orders conclude, “Many Covid -19 confirmed cases were being found at companies and dormitories in Si Racha.

“In order to control the spread of the virus, the Chonburi communicable disease committee has ordered the following temporary closure of the places below.”

“Somphorn Charoensap company in Borwin sub-district and dormitories in Bueng sub-district in Si Racha.”

“S Siwadol Co., Ltd. behind the Solid Waste Management Center of Laem Chabang Municipality in Bueng sub-district in Si Racha.”

“Any necessary reasons to enter or exit must have permission from a Chonburi Public Health Official. Owners and operators must strictly follow the orders.”

“The order takes effect from today to October 5th. The orders, in Thai, are below.”

The Chonburi Department of Public Health announced 846 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 today with 20 new deaths, September 8th.
