The following is our weekly feature in which we ask our readers a news topical question and get their insight and opinions. We then share their feedback a week later and pick a variety of diverse and interesting responses.

This week, we bring up breaking news from earlier today in which Thailand’s Communicable Disease Committee announced a preliminary plan for “living with Covid-19” vs. a Zero-Covid or continued hard lockdown strategy.

So, we ask: Is living with Covid-19 the right strategy for Thailand?

You can read more about this by clicking on this text here.

We aren’t going to spend much time summarizing the statements made by the government as they can be read by the link above. We want to know what YOU think. Is this the right move? Is it too early? Should lockdowns be extended instead? Should the government dig deep and find more money for businesses and people out of work and keep the restrictions going? Even if they say they would, do you actually think they will?

We want to hear what YOU have to say. Tell us on our social media channels, in the comments below, or if you prefer your comment to be private mail us at We will publish the results and select a variety of diverse responses early next week!
