TIMELINE: Si Racha, and Chonburi inform residents who visited places in relation to most recent Chonburi confirmed Covid –19 cases, Governor orders company temporarily closed

The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (August 10th) has released a timeline to inform people who went to specific places last month and this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

  1. Local grocery in Moo 3, Bueng, Si Racha from August 1st to August 5th from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
  2. Tesco Lotus in Soi Pong Saket in Borwin, Si Racha from August 1st to August 6th from 5:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
  3. Jaroen Barber in Moo 1, Sattahip from July 8th to August 5th from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.

The Chonburi Governor, Phakkhrathon Thianchai, has announced yesterday (August 10th) the temporary closure of companies in Pan Thong and Ban Bueng.

The order was posted by the Chonburi Public Relations office last night. The orders conclude, “Many Covid -19 confirmed cases were being found at companies in Chonburi.”

“In order to control the spread of the virus, the Chonburi communicable disease committee has ordered the following temporary closure of the place below.”

“1. TWT Manufacturing Co., Ltd in Baan Gao, Pan Thong from August 11th to August 18th.

“2. Dae-A Eelectronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. in Nong Sam Sark, Ban Bueng from August 11th to September 7th.”

“Any necessary reasons to enter or exit must have permission from a Chonburi Public Health Official. Owners and operators must strictly follow the orders.”

The order takes effect from today (August 11th). The orders, in Thai, are below.
