TIMELINE: Si Racha, Sattahip and Chonburi inform residents who visited places in relation to most recent Chonburi confirmed Covid –19 cases

The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (August 8th) has released a timeline to inform people who went to specific places last month and this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

  1. Noodle vendor on motorbike sidecar in Moo 3 and Moo 6 in Bueng, Si Racha from July 26th to July 28th from midday to 1:00 P.M.

2. Snack at market of Chao Pjraya Surasak Municipality in Si Racha from July 29th to August 1st from 1:00 P.M. to 7:30P.M..

3. Jae Too fresh pork at Rattanakorn Market in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha from July 31st to August 2nd from 2:00 A.M. 11:00 A.M..

4.Wichean grill chicken in front of Nongkhla Mai community hall in Bueng, Si Racha from July 31st to August 1st from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M..

5. 7-Eleven on Sukhumvit – Bang Phra Road in Bang Phra, Si Racha on July 31st and from August 1st to August 4th from midday to 8:00 P.M.

6. Sukiyaki restaurant in Nong Kham, Si Racha from July 31st to August 2nd and on August 2nd and on July 3rd from 11:00 A.M. to midday.

7. Mintra meat shop at Nong Gang Pla Market in Borwin, Si Racha from August 1st to August 3rd from 4:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M..

8. Laem Chabang Police Station in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha from August 1st to August 4th from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

9. Fresh pork at Phra Phrom Market in Nong Kham, Si Racha from August 1st to August 5th from 2:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.

10. Fruit and vegetable stall in Nong Kham in Si Racha from August 1st to August 7th from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M..

11. Local grocery at Nittayawan dormitory in Borwin, Si Racha from August 1st to August 5th from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

12. Pa Lamead local grocery in Na Jomtien in Sattahip from July 26th to August 3rd from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M..

13.Fresh sugarcane juice vendor on pickup truck at market in front of Sattahip Hospital from July 26th to August 2nd from 3:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

14. Fried meat balls vendor on motorbike sidecar on Sirirak Road in Na Pa, Mueang Chonburi from July 26th to August 1st from 2:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

15. Ang Sila Animal Hospital in Samet, Mueang Chonburi from July 29th to August 1st from 9:00 A.M. to 8:50 P.M. and from August 2nd to August 4th from 5:00 P.M. to 8:50 P.M.

16. Clinic Doctor Tanet on Wachira Prakan Road in Bang Plasoi, Mueang Chonburi on July 6th from 7:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.
