The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (August 5th) has released a short timeline to inform people who went to specific places this month and last month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

  1. Notter local restaurant in Nong Kham, Si Racha from July 23rd to July 31st from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  2. Loong Tak local grocery in Nong Kham, Si Racha from July 27th to August 2nd from 5:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
  3. Champ local grocery in Baan Konghin Nong Kham, Si Racha from July 27th to July 29th from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M..
  4. Taxi motorbike stall at Si Racha fresh market from July 29th to July 31st from 4:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.

5. Worakit Bueng Market in Si Racha on July 29th from 4:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

6. Boil rice and food shop at Phra Prom market in Nong Kham, Si Racha on July 29th and on July 31st from 4:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

7. Grill pork stall opposite Soi Wanghin 5in Surasak, Si Racha on August 2nd from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

8. Ja Pao local food restaurant on Santikasem Road in Sanesuk, Mueang Chonburi from July 29th to July 31st from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

9. Snack shop in front of Family Mart store in Soi Nong Tamlueng, Oan Thong from July 23rd to July 25th and from July 28th to July 29th from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M..

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or a fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.
