The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (August 2nd) has released a timeline to inform people who went to specific places last month and this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

  1. Tesco Lotus at Harbor Mall in Laem Chabang in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha from July 22nd to July 24th from 4:00 P.M. 8:00 P.M.
  2. Nong Queen local restaurant in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha from July 23rd to July 29th from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
  3. Jae Mai eggs shop in Si Racha night till morning market in Si Racha from July 24th to July 28th from 2:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
  4. Loong Bun southern local restaurant in Soi 4 in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha on July 26th from 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

5. Tesco Lotus Express store near Si Racha Public Park on Jerm Jomphon Road in Si Racha from July 25th to July 29th from 5:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

6. Vegetable shop in Si Racha night ill morning market in Si Racha from July 26th to July 28th from 4:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.

7. Rich shop (in front of Phra Prom Market) in Nong Kham, Si Racha from July 27th to July 29th from 4:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

8. Grocery in Moo 4  Nong Kham, Si Racha from July 27th to July 29th from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

9. Jae Jook (sweet shop) in Eastern market in Samet, Mueang Chonburi from July 20th to July 22nd from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

10. Song Pi Nong (vegetable shop) in Rattanakorn Market in Na Pa, Mueang Chonburi from July 23rd to July 29th from 2:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

11. Ngern Larn Somtam restaurant in Soi 12 in Nong Ree, Mueang Chonburi from July 25th to July 29th from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

12. Pa Yu Pa restaurant in Baan Suan, Mueang Chonburi from July 27th to July 29th from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

13. Khun Thida grocery in Moo 2, Nong Ree, Mueang Chonburi from July 27th to July 30th from 6:00 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.

14. Pi Bang local restaurant in Mon Nang, Panat Nikhom from July 25th to July 29th from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.

15. 7-Eleven in PTT gas station in Na Phratat, Panat Nikhom from July 27th to July 31st from 11:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.

16. Lottery stall behind 7-Eleven near Siam Ninja Market in Nong Hong, Pan Thong from July 22nd to July 27th from 3:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

17. Lottery vendor on a blue bicycle near Family City housing estate in Marp Pong, Pan Thong on July 25th from 7:30 P.M to 8:30 P.M.

18. 7-Eleven Kor Mor 3 branch in Sattahip on July 20th and July 22nd from 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.
