Koh Larn adjusts boat times to only three times a day, staying open for now

Koh Larn, Pattaya, Chonburi-

Koh Larn, a popular island off the coast of Pattaya, released a statement early this morning stating they will, for now, remain open to visitors.

This is despite Chonburi and Pattaya becoming a dark red zone effective tomorrow, July 20th. The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration or CCSA changed Chonburi to a maximum control zone on Sunday of this week. This change brings many new restrictions and closures. According to the CCSA, this is to help fight Covid-19.

The island is, however, reducing trips to the island to three times a day on the ferry and already has strict rules in place for speed boats.

The island also confirmed that the curfew from 9:00 P.M. to 400 A.M. will apply for the island as well as all other maximum control zone rules such as a ban on dine-in at restaurants.

The new schedule is below and is effective from Tuesday, July 20th, until further notice.
