The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (July 16th) has released a timeline to inform people who went to specific places this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

1. Jaew Mookata buffet in Soi Chaiyaphon Vithi Road in Nongprue from July 3^rd to July 7^th from 8:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
2. GQon 3^rd floor at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from July 3^rd to July 13^th from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
3. Hair Well Pattaya on the 4^th floor at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from July 3^rd to July 9^th from midday to 8:00 P.M.
4. The next (optical shop) at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from July 3^rd to July 5^th from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
5. Café Amazon at Soi Buakhao July 3^rd to July 12^th from 11:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.
6. Polo Club on 1^st floor at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from July 3^rd to July 9^th from 10:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
7. Power Buy on the 3^rd floor at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from July 3^rd to July 5^th and from July 7^th to July 14^th from 2:00 P.M. to3:00 P.M.

14. Nat Jim Jum Mookata buffet (In front of Mueang Pattaya School) from July 10^th to July 11^th from 8:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
15. Job Jab Mookata Thong buffet in Soi Khao Noi on July 12^th from 8:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
16. Mae Kim Lang gold shop in Sattahip from July 3^rd to July 8^th from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
17. Sa Kay salad ship at Jaroensin Market in Borwin, Si Racha from July 5^th to July 7^th from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
18. Jitpina Market in Borwin from July 5^th to July 7^th from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.

The Chonburi Department of Public Health announced 659 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 today with one new death, July 17th.
