Virtual Career Fair by JobsDB kicks off with a bang-Press Release

Crowds started to flood into the first day of the event. It drew more than 10,000 pre-registered visitors and expects to attract more than 400,000 online visits throughout the 5-day expo. Over 40,000 applications are expected to fill up more than 3,000 job openings at more than 100 leading companies and organizations, locally and internationally, in various industries including e-commerce, banking, automotive, and energy to name a few.

The job openings at Virtual Career Fair Job cover diverse fields and are relevant to job seekers at all levels, which include employment opportunities for fresh graduates and the disabled. On daily basis, live-streaming sessions conducted by gurus and executives from leading organizations provide participating job seekers with easy access to practical knowledge and tips for finding the right job in today’s New Normal era.

According to Pornladda Dathratwibul, Country Manager, JobsDB Recruitment (Thailand) Ltd., pre-registration for the Virtual Career Fair by JobsDB started in the middle of May this year. She said, “The event attracted more than 10,000 pre-registered job seekers. The feedback is very exciting because it is the first time for us to introduce a virtual career fair. It is also the first time in Thailand to go beyond the limit by moving from traditional to digital career fairs. Interestingly, we employ innovative technologies like Interactive Profile, ChatBot, Live Chat, and On-the-spot Interviews to facilitate the job-seeking and hiring process, making everything more convenient and accessible to job seekers and HR representatives.”

She also said, “From new graduates to working professionals from different fields and at all levels as well as companies seeking qualified disabled employees, we expect to assist more than 400,000 visitors in finding new career opportunities and talents throughout this 5-day event. More than 40,000 job applications are anticipated to be submitted.”

Virtual Career Fair by JobsDB showcases over 100 local and international employers from diverse industries, including e-commerce, banking, automotive, energy, transportation and logistics, telecommunication, IT, insurance, and many others. Together, they post more than 3,000 job vacancies and are ready to receive applications, conduct instant interviews and connect with potential candidates.
