TIMELINE: Si Racha and Chonburi informs people who visited places in relation to Chonburi confirmed Covid – 19 cases

The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (April 27th) has released another short timeline to inform people who went to specific places this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health in regards to Covid-19. The following is an English translation of the release.

  1. House address 145/40 in Casaluna housing estate in Samet sub-district, Mueang Chonburi district on April 9th (Time was not given).
  2. House address 145/81 in Casaluna housing estate in Samet sub-district, Mueang Chonburi district from April 10th to April 15th (Time was not given).
  3. Grocery in Nuan Jan Market, Thung Sukkhala sub–district, Si Racha from April 17th to April 18th and from April 21st to April 23rd from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M..
  4. Si Racha Dental Center in Si Racha from April 17th to April 24th from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
  5. Doctor Thanet Clinic in Bang Plasoi sub-district, Mueang Chonburi from April 20th to April 26th (Clinic working hours).
  6. Minibus Si Racha Tour departed from Future Park Rangsit destination Robinson Si Racha on April 24th from midday to 3:00 P.M.
  7. Macro Food Service Laem Chabang, Thung Sukhla in Si Racha on April 24th from 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
  8. Public van departed from Robinson Si Racha destination Eakkamai on April 25th from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
  9. Grab Car (patient cannot remember license plate) departed from Nattachart Apartment in Don Hualor sub-district destination Baan Suan Municipality on April 25th from 9:31 A.M. to 10:05 A.M.
  10. Grab Car (patient cannot remember license plate) departed from Baan Suan Municipality destination Nattachart Apartment in Don Hualor sub-district on April 25th from 11:41 A.M. to 12:18 P.M.

 NOTE: Translation not in numeric order

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.

The Chonburi Department of Public Health announced 108 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 this morning (April 28th).

The Chonburi province released their provincial Covid-19 related orders which took effect on April 18th, 2021.
