The following is a photo tour of Pattaya at night under new Covid-19 restrictions that essentially shut all business between 11:00 P.M. and 4:00 A.M.
It is worth noting there is no curfew but with everything basically shut, even 7-11, the intention is that there is nowhere to go. Chonburi province, home of Pattaya, is now considered a red zone by the Thai Government which means many businesses are closed or under restrictions.
