TIMELINE: Si Racha, Sattahip, and Chonburi informs people who visited places in relation to confirmed Chonburi Covid -19 cases

The Chonburi Public Heath Office this week has released another timeline to inform people who went to specific places last month and this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

  1. Tee Mookata buffet in the Don Hualor sub-district on March 29th from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M..
  2. Ad seafood restaurant on Jerm Jomphon Road in Si Racha on April 3rd from 8:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M..
  3. Asuka in Surasak sub-district on April 4th from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M..
  4. Si Racha Tour transport (Laem Chabang – Eakkamai) on April 4th from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
  5. Sukiya Pacific Park in Si racha on April 4th from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M..
  6. Pan Thai at PT gas station in Marb Pong sub-district, Pan Thong district from April 4th to April 7th from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M..
  7. Tsunami Sushi Buffet Si Racha at Ja Pak second floor on April 5th from 11:50 A.M. to 1:40 P.M..
  8. Nakhon Chai Air public transport (Rayong – Ubon Ratchathani) bus No 98 -033 depart from Mueang Chonburi, destination Surin on April 5th at 8:42 P.M..
  9. Max Mart at PT gas station in Marb Pong, Panthong district on March 6th to April 9th from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  10. Morning Market in front of the Sattahip Municipality office, seafood stalls, on April 6th, 7th and 10th from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M..
  11. Mountain Bar and Bistro in Plu Taluang in Sattahip on April 7th from 8:00 P.M.. to 1:00 A.M.
  12. Soontree Bar Amata Nakhon in Don Hualor on April 7th from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M..
  13. Nakhon Chai Air public transport (Surin – Rayong) bus No 588-238 from Mueang Chonburi on April 7th from 9:15 P.M. to 4:00 A.M..
  14. Nina football stadium near Don Hualor Municipality on April 8th from 10:00 P.M. to 11:50 P.M..
  15. Burdock Pub in the Sane Suk sub-district on April 8th from 6:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M..
  16. Edo Steak restaurant in Plu Taluang sub-district in Sattahip on April 9th from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M..
  17. Vaccine service in Mueang Chonburi Hospital on April 2nd from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M..

Note: Translation not in numeral order

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.

The Chonburi Public Health Department stated this morning, April 14th, 2021, that the province, which includes Pattaya, had 99 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 which is a roughly similar trend to the past several days.
